Terms of Service

Alpha Release Notice: Fyra.im is currently in an alpha release phase. By using our service, you acknowledge that it is under active development and may be subject to changes.

These terms may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Fyra.im provides unified API access to multiple LLM models through an OpenAI-compatible interface. We offer access to models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and other providers through a single subscription-based service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Usage of any AI model must comply with the terms and conditions set by the respective model creator.
  • Fyra.im only provides API access; users are solely responsible for ensuring their usage follows the terms established by each model provider.
  • Fyra.im is not held responsible for violations of third-party model terms.

3. Rate Limits and Usage

  • Service tiers include Free (1M tokens/day), Pro ($25/mo, 15M tokens/day), and Plus ($60/mo) plans.
  • Fair Use Policy: Users must not maximize token usage 24/7 or operate aggregation platforms based on Fyra's service.
  • For extended usage requirements beyond fair use, users must open a support ticket.
  • Concurrent request limits and rate limits apply per plan tier.

4. Payment Terms

  • All plans are prepaid monthly subscriptions with no auto-renewal.
  • Purchase requests must be submitted via ticket on our Discord server.
  • Plans are valid for 30 days from purchase date.
  • No refunds once a plan is purchased.
  • Failure to renew results in plan expiration and service termination.

5. Third-Party Model Providers

We utilize multiple provider sources including:

  • Direct partnerships with model creators
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Third-party providers through bulk agreements

Users acknowledge that service availability depends on these external providers.

6. Data Privacy and Processing

  • We collect usage statistics and user location data.
  • We do NOT collect or store prompts, messages, or AI responses.
  • Requests are directly piped to model providers and responses sent directly to users.
  • This architecture minimizes our interaction with user data to ensure optimal latency.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Fyra.im is currently in alpha testing phase.
  • Service is provided "as-is" to the best of our capability.
  • We shall not be held liable for service interruptions, errors, or issues.
  • Downtime compensation provided through subscription extensions.

8. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated after initial warning for:

  • Consistently maxing out token limits 24/7
  • Hitting maximum tokens immediately upon daily reset
  • Violating fair use policies

9. Intellectual Property

  • All rights reserved to respective owners based on content and model used.
  • Users must verify model-specific terms before usage.
  • Fyra.im provides unified API access under single subscription without claiming ownership of generated content.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, pricing, or service features with reasonable notice to users.
